I recently spent two 12-hour days in Downing Street filming the changeover in government from Theresa May to Boris Johnson, for ITN and Channel 4 News. Broadcasting live on a variety of channels and programmes, with a mix of different presenters and guests. Although the weather was scorching, thankfully the assembled media spent most of the day in the shade.
